I will be enlightening the audience on living a prosperous life and the roadblocks I had to grow through. Mindset, Vision and my True Whys. No BS, ego driven story. Once I became honest with myself after almost losing what mattered I learned how to truly live what I call the prosperous life and as a published best selling author on my book "Passive to Prosperous" I have been changing lives one room at a time when I speak.

Speaker Bio:
For almost three decades, Ive specialized in working with clients to build equity in their wealth portfolios through investments, savings, IRAs, and 401Ks. Here at Zitofsky Capital Management, we perform extensive due diligence to protect every investment for our investors as well as our lenders. My true passion and happiness comes from the lives I get to change after my book launched "Passive to Prosperous" and speaking about my Why and my Vision.

Ive closed over 800 fix-and-flips, 650 rental properties, 800 plus doors in multi family projects and over 1,000 private money and Non Performing Note transactions. I personally coach investors at all levels, offering guidance for turnkey rentals or fix and flip properties, but more importantly how to create True Passive Wealth. Im also a featured speaker at many national gatherings of investors and wealth groups Internationally which is now my true passion bringing real content in a mix of so much smoke in this industry.

One of my specialties is training investors how to create long term passive wealth for themselves by turning non-performing assets into long term performing assets be Becoming The Bank. Ive also traveled to multiple events teaching others how to fund their real estate projects by packaging their portfolios in order to present to private lenders. and finally launched our first Online Training Series on Creating True Passive Wealth
