Speaker Bio: My name is Eric Mech. I am a proud father of 3 sons. I grew up in Minnesota and reside in the small community of Cannon Falls. I am a General Sales Manager at Hastings Chrysler Center and Owner. Throughout my life I have faced many challenges that have allowed me to grow and rise to the top. I enjoy serving others hope through my experiences and showing others how to face their own challenges with Grit and Determination. Over 5 years ago I took charge of my Health and Fitness and this has brought me to a all new level. The amount of zest for life and enthusiasm I live with is contagious and will light up a room.
