Mingle - The event starts with 45 minutes of open networking and an ice breaker activity that creates conversation starters eliminating awkwardness in open networking. Enjoy Appetizers and a cash bar.
Motivation - Listen to a dynamic motivational speaker that is a local business owner and sales person sharing how they created success in their business. This educational portion of the event is designed for everyone to have a take away that they will be able to apply in their own businesses.
Skill Building - We finish the event up with the final 45 minutes of open networking where we share what we liked the most and how we will apply what we just learned from our event speaker.
This Event's Motivational Speaker
Mark Dolfini is a veteran of the U.S. Marines and the author of three real estate books, first published in 2017 and his second book released in the summer of 2018. His much anticipated 3rd book, The Time-Wealthy Investor 2.0, was recently released in January 2019, which became #1 Amazon Bestseller.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Purdue University, and worked for Marriott International before venturing out full-time in the world of real estate investing. He is the Managing Broker for a property management company based out of Lafayette Indiana where he has overseen the ownership and management of $40 million in real estate assets. He is also the founder of Landlord Coach, a real estate investor training company, and sits on numerous boards including the Better Business Bureau of Central Indiana, and the National Federation of Independent Business.
He spends his free time pistol shooting and kayaking and lives in Lafayette, Indiana where he is raising his two sons, Leland and Logan.
