Speaker Bio:
LeBrent is a dedicated and results driven sales and leadership professional with 25+ years of experience combining operational management, solution sales, business development and marketing. He is currently the Managing Director of the MN/Northern WI region for BNI, the largest networking organization in the world, and this has given him incredible insight on managing a large team through a variety of changes.

He is also the founder and President of Transform Men International a Christian based nonprofit that focuses on strengthening and uniting men so that they can be better husbands, fathers, and citizens.

Along with his nonprofit work, LeBrent is a sales and business coach who helps business and sales professionals who have encountered major setbacks and challenges create a dynamic life system that allows them to lower stress, increase profitability, and transform their lives
