Derek grew up in the Anoka area, so it only made sense to set up his agency in nearby Maple Grove. With over 22 years of insurance experience under his belt, he still keeps customer interests first. Outside of work, Dereks wife and kids keep him busy, and in his free time, he enjoys golfing and traveling to Florida.

With over 22 years of experience in selling insurance, I have successfully grown my agency, now serving over 1200 customers. Referrals have been the main driver of my agency's growth. I take pride in providing personalized customer service, which sets me apart in today's impersonal business world.

My focus is on helping clients make informed decisions about their insurance coverage and ensuring their assets are properly protected at the best value. I strive to maintain a loyal client base through my dedication to their needs and the quality of my services, which include creating comprehensive risk management plans for individuals, families, and small businesses through various types of insurance such as property and casualty, employee benefits, workers compensation, and life insurance.
