Brain Fitness - Stay Mentally Sharp as You Age
Brain Fitness Stay Sharp as You Age!
Stay sharp and active as you age! No need to accept the idea that your mental skills memory, processing speed, etc. - need to decline. Gain an understanding of the critical nature of these cognitive skills and how they impact performance and overall quality of life. Many individuals struggle with tasks like remembering grocery lists, phone numbers, names or simply remembering where they left their keys! We will discuss the latest theories related to aging and our brain function, provide strategies for strengthening these skills and actually do some fun brain training exercises in the workshop. Participants will gain a strong understanding and practical strategies on how to stay sharp as we age.
