Beyond Melissa's reality TV experience, she has over two decades of experience as a Sales and Marketing professional in the workers' compensation industry. raised She has raised millions for local charities while serving as a benefit auctioneer, and co-founded Fire Fighters For Healing, a nonprofit organization in Minneapolis. Alongside her husband, she co-own's Cowboy Jacks, a popular restaurant in Apple Valley, MN, where you can often find her managing operations while spending time with my four-year-old son, Simon.
