Your membership with Accelerated Global Connections LLC ("AGC") is a one-year membership commitment, offered with the convenience of monthly payments.
Monthly payments are billed monthly and are subject to change. Your monthly payment amount may increase or decrease at any time if AGC changes its membership rates, and any updated rate will apply to your next scheduled monthly payment after the rate change takes effect.
You are responsible for all payments for the full membership term, regardless of resignation or termination. If you resign or are terminated from membership, any remaining balance for the membership term becomes due within 30 days of your drop date. Company-paid memberships must replace a member within 30 days of the member's drop date, or the remaining balance becomes due.
Your AGC membership will automatically renew annually on your anniversary date unless you cancel your membership at least 30 days prior to renewal.
Upon renewal, your membership will continue at the then-current membership rate in effect at the time of renewal. You may cancel your membership by submitting a cancellation request through the following link: https://www.joinagc.com/contact
Once your cancellation request is received at least 30 days prior to the auto-renewal date, your membership will not renew and you will not be charged for any future membership periods.
Payments are made by electronic funds using the credit card or bank draft provided at signup and will be processed on or about your join date each month unless otherwise notified. There is no prepayment penalty. To pay off the remaining balance due, including any incurred fees, please contact support@joinAGC.com.
Payments more than 10 days past due may incur a late fee of $25 per month. Payments more than 30 days past due may result in termination of membership unless all outstanding balances and fees are paid in full within 7 days of final notice.
All sales, including memberships, event tickets, and any other products or services offered by AGC, are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of usage or attendance. AGC memberships are non-transferable. AGC reserves the right to cancel any event.
By enrolling in the monthly payment option and checking the box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them, including that this is a one-year membership with monthly payments that may change and that the membership automatically renews annually unless you cancel according to the terms above.
