Monthly Payment Terms & Conditions

By choosing to pay monthly, you agree to each of the following:

Fees are non-refundable without exception per the Membership Agreement. This is a one-year term agreement in the amount of $738 giving the convenience to be paid monthly. You are responsible for all payments regardless of resignation or termination. In the event you resign or are terminated from the membership the remaining balance is due within 30 days of your drop date. Company paid memberships must replace a member within 30 days of member's drop date or the remaining balance becomes due.
This agreement is an optional payment program offered in good faith to you. As such, you agree to hold Accelerated Global Connections LLC, and its representatives harmless, for any damages that may result as part of processing payments under this program. Accelerated Global Connections is authorized to bill your credit card for the above payment plan. You or the payor are authorized to sign/pay via the payment method selected and accept all liability and responsibility for all agreed to payments under this program. You assume responsibility for informing the regional office of any changes to the payment account prior to the monthly payment date.
Payments are to be made by electronic funds with the credit card or bank draft used for the initial payment. Unless otherwise notified in writing, all transactions will be processed on/about your join day each month. There is no prepayment penalty. To pay off the balance due, including incurred fees, you will need to contact the regional office at support@joinAGC.com and request your current payoff balance.
Any fees incurred as a result of processing these payments due to charges from your financial institution will be processed when incurred. Payments not made by 10 days past due, will be considered late and incur a $25 per month late payment fee; payments later than 30 days will result in termination of membership unless all incurred fees and balance due are paid in full within 7 days of final notice.
The Easy Pay Program with Accelerated Global Connections LLC will auto renew at your anniversary date for the next year unless notified in writing by you that you want to discontinue membership within 30 days prior to auto renewal.
