About Me

I am a Minnesota State University Mankato graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene. After 5 short years in the field, I faced the struggle of having to give up my full-time career for my health. At that point I then turned to continue fulfilling my passion of helping others through a unique platform called Social Business. Social Business is the connection of helping others by providing real solutions the their health and as a result, triggering a donation of nutrition to a child (buy 1 nourish 2). I’ve currently nourished 177,096 children suffering from malnutrition.
Through education and personal recovery, I was able to get back to dental hygiene part-time in pediatric dentistry.
In October of 2017, I competed in my first bikini body building show and through this, gained a whole new perspective on health, body image and strength. The recovery process after my competition gave me a better understanding of what people struggle with when it comes to confidence, feeling good in their skin and feeling healthy. I am always pushing myself to learn and growing and because of this, I am currently extending my education in the Hemp/CBD industry and nutrition. Everything I learn I pour into others and will continue to do so!
