Coaching to help develop future leaders. The world is evolving faster than we are. Tomorrow's leaders need to be emotionally agile. Change is the only constant. Companies are faced with an inability to attract talent, low retention rates, and employees they don't understand. I work 1:1 with young leaders to elevate their careers and lives (and the companies they work for).
As a Millennial that was born 25 years early, I relate to the frustrations that result from trying to fit into the old corporate structure (when you don't), desiring flexibility (above all else), and feeling your ideas are unheard (and not valued).
As a result of those frustrations, I've been a seeker for over 30 years. 100's of book, classes, years of meditation, and prayers later, I realized, it was never about anything outside of myself. My thoughts created my reality, and I could change my thoughts.
I've attained success as a salesperson in multiple industries, mostly because I love people. I am the Golden Retriever of "Sales Dogs" (Blair Singer). Always wanting to help and foster relationships. Basically, I am a coach.
My new venture is coaching young leaders in the area of emotional intelligence. Through learning to quiet the mind and then access the power of their thoughts, they'll be ready for the whatever challenges are ahead. I'm so excited to see what they do.
Anyone in the 25-35 year range who's willing to sit down and talk about their job and future. Researching these individuals to gain better understanding of what they're facing is key.
HR professionals who hire or work directly with future leaders.
Future leaders 25-35 years old. Go getters, high achievers. Working like crazy and wanting to climb the ladder. Looking for the edge that will help them move past their peers. Hard workers that are looking for balance. And the companies that hire them.
