About Me

CEO of learning & development agency, Ennōbble, and an Independent Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics, Kate is passionate about helping individuals have the confidence to step into their purpose. Kate has over ten years’ experience in developing and deploying learning and development solutions that help individuals and organizations unlock their authentic leadership ingenuity to ultimately create compelling, positive change in the bottom line. Her innate ability to break down barriers and open pathways that enable people own their expertise brought her to the height of her career and ultimately set the stage for her to speak and teach others on these topics. Yet, Kate wanted to reach more individuals whom she knew could benefit from the opportunity to authentically operate in their strengths. Thus, in 2018, Kate applied her tenacity for people development to a brand new Mary Kay business, earning her first free company car, building a team of over 50 consultants, and reaching the top 2% of the company in only nine months. Her motto in Mary Kay is to focus on the people, not the products nor the profits, and to provide an environment where women can become masterful and mindful entrepreneurs that leverage their businesses to build relationships that positively impact others’ lives. Whether Kate is helping clients develop dynamic learning and development strategies, teaching customers how to develop the skills to better self-care, or coaching consultants how to develop exceptional sales, operations, and people skills, she leads from her core belief that When You Elevate People, You Elevate Your Business™.
