Beth is a Registered Nutrition Consultant & Nutrition Response Testing Practitioner specializing in lifelong weight loss, balanced eating to control blood sugars, & support individuals through customized meal planning, supplementation, exercise protocols and stress management. Beth will identify certain stressors that may be causing interference toward optimal health. These include food sensitivities, chemicals, metals, immune challenges are the things that show up. These results are then analyzed to determine the proper nutritional protocol with a proven & clinically accurate system. Beth is a mom of two teenage boys and wife of 23 years. She loves to camp, garden, cook and workout.

Inspiring Health is located in Golden Valley across the street from Poquet Auto. I work in person and virtually with my clients. My goal is to support my clients in achieving their health goals.
My Philosophy: I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? I work with my clients to tailor make a nutrition program that incorporates eating whole real food in balance that can be maintained for a lifetime. How do I know which plan works for you? That will be determined by your health history, goals, lifestyle health issues and the testing. Accountability, tips, recipes, meal plans, fun exercises for the body and the mind will incorporate an overall health plan, designed specifically for you. Together through the testing we will discover what stressors your body is dealing with and how to combat them. Identify, remove and repair for long term healing. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, and balance your health.
