My holistic health and wellness path began in 2006 when I was first introduced to organic food and alternative medicine in the small town of Carroll, Iowa. I am a holistic nutritionist, life coach, motivational speaker, certified fitness instructor and owner/operator of Optimum Wellness LLC.
I battled negative body image, weight issues and an eating disorder for more than 12 years and transformed my struggles into my career and passion! My health/wellness experience includes: consulting independently, working with gyms, partnering with chiropractic/wellness clinics, natural food co-ops, schools, colleges, universities, women's and girls' retreats/workshops, personal training and yoga studios, and providing nutrition and health education virtually and in many large-group settings and businesses throughout Minnesota and Iowa. I believe the road to health always begins with self-love!

I EMPOWER girls, teens, and women to implement daily self-care strategies to increase self-love, confidence, body positivity, make peace with food, and release their “unworthy” mental energy in order to live a fulfilling and purposeful life free of guilt, shame, doubt, and self-sabotage!
I would love to meet professionals who have connections to schools, colleges, universities, sororities, female and girls clubs/groups, gyms, fitness studios, sports teams, or female dominated businesses where I could share my self-love story and inspire others!
Teens or women who struggle with disordered eating, eating disorders, yo-yo dieting, emotional eating, low self-esteem/confidence, and negative body image.
