I am a recovering commercial litigator who has decided to follow his dream and do estate planning and probate law. I have been practicing since 2013 and, while I love being an attorney, I do better when I'm not arguing with people all the time. My grandfather's estate was set up poorly and administered even worse, causing a split in my family. I don't want this to happen to anyone else and am dedicated to providing top notch counsel with world class customer service.
Signature Law is an estate planning (trusts, wills, health care directives, etc.) and probate law firm. Our goal is to provide efficient, effective, and honest services. We aren't one of those firms that will push a revocable living trust on you just to make a quick buck, we'll give you an honest assessment of your estate and find out what strategy works best for you.
On the one hand I want to meet financial advisors, CPAs, funeral home directors, and retirement home planners. I have a regular "Estate Planning 101" presentation that I give and am looking for participants to give it to. On the other hand, families and people getting close to retirement are my bread and butter, so always looking to meet them.
Anyone who has gone through a major life event - bought a house, got married, had a kid, getting close to retirement - that hasn't done their estate planning yet or needs to update things.
