Hi, I'm Beth. I'm a traditional naturopath & herbalist, a therapeutic massage therapist and I teach Buteyko Breathing Method. I'm passionate about helping people to feel better, as I know first hand how impaired health can steal the joy out of life. Life is short, we've got to live it to the full!

It's really hard to live at our full potential in life when we are not in good health. I know this from first hand experience, and am passionate about helping people restore their health & happiness. Life is way to short to feel like sh*t (my unofficial slogan...)! ;-) It's never to late or too early to improve your health. As anyone who has suffered from chronic health problems knows, our health IS our greatest wealth.
Anyone who wants to enhance their health long term(!), and is ready to make the changes necessary to do that. My job is to not only take away the confusion, but to inspire my clients and empower them during the process. Health is a journey but it is never too late or too early to enhance your health. I offer free 15 minute phone/video chats to anyone who wants to find out more. Finding the right practitioner to work with is key, so this is a chance to ask questions, understand the process better, and feel comfortable about taking the next step of booking a consultation if/when they are ready.
