Growing up, I was an only child with seven siblings. My parents divorced, each remarried, and started new families immediately. I became the only one dividing time between two worlds, surrounded by love, surrounded by family, and yet I felt completely alone.
I carried that feeling well into adulthood. Early in my networking journey, I'd joke about it. "One thing most people don't know about me? I'm an only child with seven siblings." It always got a laugh or a curious question. What I didn't realize then was how deeply that story was still running me.
I'd walk into networking events feeling like I went to a dance, looking for a friend who never showed up, watching others connect, and wondering why it wasn't happening for me.
Everything shifted when I discovered who I was at my core through personal development tools. For the first time, I had the confidence to stand alone in the middle of the room and be completely okay with that.
But I also remembered: I had no mentor. No roadmap. No one to show me where to start. I figured it all out on my own.
That's exactly why I do this work. I help entrepreneurs create alignment with who they truly are, build structure to support their vision and passion, and find a community that makes momentum feel sustainable.
Because no one should have to figure it out alone.
Owning Your Brilliance is built on one core belief: workflows before tools.
Before investing in software or systems, entrepreneurs need clarity on how their business actually operates. Through the Brilliance Operating System (BOS), I redesign the workflows behind a business, organizing relationships, execution, follow-through, and content, so nothing gets dropped and nothing lives only in your head.
Clients work with me in two ways:
Build it with them: collaborative implementation
Build it for them: done for you
The work creates a shift that clients feel immediately. In their words: "I feel organized for the first time. I can see exactly who needs my attention and where I need to be, without having to hold it all in my head."
Less stress. Less guessing. Less starting over.
I work best with heart-centered entrepreneurs. particularly those in holistic health and wellness, who are doing meaningful work but feeling overwhelmed by scattered tasks, dropped connections, and content overload.
If you're a coach, consultant, or practitioner who knows your work is valuable, but your back-end feels chaotic, I'd love to connect.
My clients are building intentional businesses, and they need a trusted team around them. I'm always looking to connect with marketers, branding specialists, bookkeepers, accountants, financial planners, and coaches who serve values-aligned entrepreneurs.
Coaches teach clients what to do. I build the structure so they can actually do it. Together, we close the gap between insight and action.
If you work with heart-centered business owners and believe in doing business with integrity, let's talk. Chances are, we're serving the same person.
