*Our best clients are owners of rental properties with 3 or more units who are either:
A) Doing their own management.
OR
B) Are tired of their management company due to messy financial ledgers, poor quality
maintenance and inadequate communications.

* Self- managed Home Owners Associations - Many condo and HOA's are being managed by a Board whose members are volunteering their time and may not even have experience doing management or bookkeeping!
* A good introduction would be someone currently on the Board of their HOA, but who
is wearing all the hats for the association and needs some relief from an experienced
management company.
