About Me

I live in Lake Elmo, MN, with my husband Jim and my dog Trigger (yellow lab). We love Lake Elmo - it is close to everything, especially the beautiful city of Stillwater! I enjoy walks with my dog, paddle boarding on the lakes, and spending time with friends & family.

I am an executive leader with extensive technology, process improvement, operations, and financial services experience.

I am especially effective at coaching teams to unleash their full potential and focus on the art of the possible. Another key strength is that I have worked with all areas of the company through my role as a Process Improvement Engineer. This enables me to develop strong partnerships internally and externally, but also coach teams on how to be trusted advisors to solve problems. In addition, because I have led technology, process improvement and operations, I can easily diagnose the root cause of issues, brainstorm several options mild-to-wild, and provide concise proposals that enable leaders to make quick decisions. This experience also affords me with strong voice of customer and voice of associate analysis techniques to inform continuous improvement, big picture strategy, and sequencing effective roadmaps to value realization.

In essence, I can help you define your strategy, fix processes, disrupt mindsets, facilitate team engagements, and implement new technologies. If you’re not sure which one you need; I’ll help you analyze the situation, develop a plan, and execute to achieve results.

I have a BS in Business Computer Information Systems from St. Cloud State University. I have also completed certifications in Business Strategy and Executive Leadership from Cornell University. In addition, I am trained by IBM as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
