Coaching salespeople and teams is what I love to do. I'm inspired every day by people's ability to grow and improve. As a coach, I help individuals see their brilliance. I do this in many coaching stances, mentor, trainer, coach, and facilitator, depending on the need. One of the best parts of coaching for me is helping create transformation in people. I love to see the happiness that growth creates and the improved results that come out of that growth.
I have also been a Realtor for almost 20 years. I started out selling New Homes for Local and National Builders until the 2008 crash. Since then, I've continued to build my business helping families buy and/or sell their primary, investment, and vacation properties.
Our story began in 1928 with the simple goal of insuring the vehicles of rural farmers but as the world changed, so did we. Farmers now provide insurance for home, auto, business, recreational, life, and financial services to more than 6 million households, generating approximately $18 billion in annual written premiums.
