For my whole adult life I've focused on entrepreneurial business ventures in service and real estate. The last decade has been focused on helping individuals achieve homeownership, specifically those who can't get a traditional home loan and/or those who strategically want to avoid chain of title issues due to a pending divorce. Currently I live and work out of Edina and have a 4th grader who keeps me very busy in my non-working hours!
unBankable helps people looking to buy a home, get a home today rather than waiting until all their ducks align. Life is full of twists and turns and we find that lots of people who want to buy a home, don't always qualify with traditional financing. Sometimes they currently even own a home but can't buy a different home right now with a traditional loan. Regardless of credit score, current divorce, or other challenges we can often find a way to make homeownership possible and strategically effective.
Active divorce attorneys, title closers, Realtors, and lenders.
Someone who has equity or savings who would like to buy a home can't or won't due to title possibly attaching to soon to be ex-spouse. Our program requires 15% of purchase price in savings, equity (of home they will sell) or gift money. The money can also be a combination of all 3 of these sources, and gift money is more flexible than typical purchase/loan limitations.
