When we'll meet you might not recognize my accent… Oui Oui… I am originally from France. I came to the US years ago with the intention of learning English… Well guess what… I am still learning everyday!
For some reason, I am attracted to sports that require safety equipment (Mountain Biking - including on snowy trails, Sailing, Hockey…)
Because of Stress, I left my successful executive career to specialize in stress management. Yes I've navigated the pitfalls of overwhelming commitments and the struggle to find balance. I've been on the hamster wheel, feeling stuck, and I know how it can impact every aspect of life.
Stress Management & Life Coaching - I offer One-One Coaching, Mini-Group Coaching as well as Workshops.

2 Types of Referrals:
1 - Individuals - For One-One or Small Group Coaching
You know how executives or business owners are feeling so overwhelmed with juggling career and personal/family life? How they wear so many different masks that they no longer know who they are?
I help them get off the hamster wheel of overwhelm so they can regain control of their life and find themselves again.
2 - Business/Associations - For Workshops
I offer Workshops to different business and associations - These workshops can be in person (my preference as it is fun!) or online (you know the weather in MN)
