Hi, I'm Nate Favilla. Born and raised in our lovely capital city of Saint Paul, I enlisted in the Marine Corps after high school to serve my country and push the limits of what I could do. My desire to serve continued after my time in the military was done and I began an almost twenty-year career in Emergency Medical Service that ended just before Covid hit.
Since then I've explored careers in the aviation and powersports industries before becoming a Relationship Development Manager with Capital Construction. In all my positions, I have dedicated my efforts to providing the most honest information/service I can while upholding my personal and professional integrity. I'm thrilled to be with a company that shares those values and I look forward to putting my best foot forward daily.
Capital Construction was founded in 2011 and has gone from the initial five founders to the 100-person premier home restoration company in the Twin Cities metro. We take pride in the culture of integrity we have built since our inception and have become a trusted and respected firm with being named first place in the Star Tribune's Best of Minnesota in five separate categories.
As a Relationship Development Manager, I want to develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and foster long-term strategic business partnerships. My main objective is to identify new business opportunities, nurture existing relationships, develop new business pipelines, and ensure client satisfaction.
Anyone who's a realtor, in the insurance industry, or others in the home restoration business. This isn't to say that I'm not willing to make a connection with people that aren't in those industries as I feel that others have skills and experiences that I may be able to learn from.
