Andy has been passionate about the law for many years. During an extended career with the federal government, he began pursuing his dream of becoming a practicing attorney. Andy graduated cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and served as an Associate on the Mitchell Hamline Law Review. He earned his bachelor's degree in business finance from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Andy’s practice consists primarily of Estate Planning and Estate Administration. In his estate planning, he works with individuals, couples and families to develop comprehensive and efficient estate plans through wills, trusts, incapacity instruments and other related documents. Andy also works with those suffering from the loss of a loved one to smoothly and cost-effectively navigate the administration of an estate through the probate system or by providing counsel to trustees. Andy is professional yet approachable and is full of positive energy when it comes to helping his clients.
In his free time, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their cats, Watkins & Enders, at their home in Minneapolis. They enjoy running, bike rides, and traveling.
Andy Gregory became a lawyer out of a desire to help individuals navigate some of life’s most important and personal decisions. Growing up in the Midwest instilled in him a strong sense of community and responsibility to others, while his undergraduate experience in the South broadened his perspectives. His time in law school in St. Paul, Minnesota, led him to discover a passion for estate planning. He realized that guiding families in securing their legacies and protecting their loved ones was both meaningful and impactful. Estate planning allows him to build lasting relationships with clients while providing them with peace of mind.
I would love to connect with financial advisors, CPAs, insurance professionals, and elder care providers who frequently assist clients with financial planning, aging, and end-of-life needs. Collaborating with these professionals would allow us to provide clients with comprehensive support while growing our respective practices.
A great client referral for me as an estate planning and probate attorney would be Minnesota residents or families seeking peace of mind by creating or updating wills and trusts, managing cabin succession planning, or navigating probate for a loved one’s estate. I specialize in educating clients throughout the process and offer customer-focused, tailored guidance.
