About Me

Hello! My name is Beth Ann Leonard, and I would love to be your trusted Broker Associate in one of the biggest financial decisions and the 2nd biggest stressor. I have been in the Real Estate business since 2005. Since 2005, I have been licensed in 4 states; South Dakota, Nebraska, Illinois and Minnesota as of 2013. The privilege of being mentored under all the amazing Realtors in different Midwest states was priceless. I have learned different strategies in negotiating, marketing, client care and “Dressing your home for success” when I list your home.

I personally understand the challenges of purchasing and selling a home and moving into a new community that I have no family or friends in. I was born on the East Coast, raised in Iowa, and then moved throughout the Midwest. My own relocation has given me the opportunity to see other Realtors in these new communities. We witnessed some good and poor ways of doing business. Seeing others be in the trade just strengthened my desire to help people pursue their desire to be homeowners. I know these experiences have made me a better person—both professionally and personally. Through it all, one thing has remained clear to me: I have a sincere passion for what I do.

My specialties are first-time home buyers, sellers, relocation, investors, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist. I was drawn to the career of Real Estate, after purchasing my first home in Pierre, South Dakota. I work hard with bankers and mortgage brokers to find creative financing options for all my clients—no matter their economic background—including zero down payments, no appraisal fees for clients who put down 20% and negotiating in those high-pressure multiple offer scenarios.
