With a doctorate in leadership, I’ve helped 100’s of smart women navigate big challenges with confidence and compassion. After leaving a high profile job in academia with debilitating brain-based perimenopause symptoms, I spent countless hours researching and learning my way back to health. Now, as a certified menopause doula, I work with brainy women in perimenopause who feel like they are losing their minds and struggling to make it through each day’s overwhelming to-do list. I help them get their brains back, be in the driver’s seat for their own health, and experience joy as they thrive again in life and work.
Compassionate Way is a coaching and consulting business that offers support to individuals, groups, and organizations in navigating the biochemical and brain-based symptoms associated with perimenopause (most commonly experienced by women in their 40s). I offer workshops and presentations, private and group coaching packages and programs, and organizational consulting services.
Women in their 40s and anyone who works with/employs women in their 40s.
Professional women in their 40s who are having new or unexplained health issues, potentially including insomnia, brain fog, fatigue, overwhelming emotions and other brain-based symptoms. These issues may be impacting their health, confidence, work and/or ability to function in their day to day life.
Additionally, any organization who employs women in their 40s (and men in their 40s who have wives in their 40s) would be a great referral - like an HR leader - because I love to lead presentations and workshops for organizations to help their employees understand the perimenopause transition and learn how to provide and find the right support.
