I’m a long-time business owner who understands what it means to wear every hat.
For 17 years, I owned and operated a garden, lawn, snow and landscape company. I built systems, managed operations, and did the work myself. That experience shaped how I think about delegation, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
For the past decade, I’ve also worked in residential real estate as an investor, renovator, and Realtor. While real estate isn’t my focus here, it sharpened my business lens: clear communication, accountability, tight timelines, and the necessity of dependable support behind the scenes.
In 2022, I hired my first virtual assistant for my own business. What began as social media support quickly became real leverage, keeping my business consistent and moving forward, even during major life disruptions.
