About Me

I design and execute improvement initiatives for small to mid-sized businesses across manufacturing and related sectors. My work bridges gaps between high-level business goals and the systems, processes, and teams needed to deliver consistent results.

I was previously a manufacturing engineer in the medical device industry, specializing in process documentation; I also co-authored and co-edited an elementary school reading and spelling curriculum called Sonday System Essentials, which is used in classrooms across the United States. My education thus far includes a B.A. in technical communication and professional writing and nearly 10 years of training and experience in leadership and coaching.
