I was previously a manufacturing engineer at Cirtec Medical, specializing in process documentation; I also co-authored and co-edited an elementary school reading and spelling curriculum called Sonday System Essentials, which is used in classrooms across the United States. My education thus far includes a B.A. in technical communication and professional writing and nearly 10 years of training and experience in leadership and coaching.
