I’m a Business Development Manager with AtWork Saint Paul, where I get to partner with companies across manufacturing, logistics, and professional services to tackle one of their toughest challenges: finding and keeping great people. I love building relationships, learning what makes each business tick, and connecting them with candidates who not only have the right skills but also the right personality for the team.
At the end of the day, I believe people are the heartbeat of any operation. I’m passionate about being that trusted resource clients can count on to help their business grow by strengthening their team.
AtWork has been helping businesses find great people since the 80s, with over 100 branches nationwide. Our St. Paul office, opened September 2024, is the first AtWork branch in Minnesota.
We specialize in filling roles such as specialty Machine Operators/Programmers (CNC, Press, etc.), Technicians, Engineers, Drivers, Technical Sales and Customer Service, as well as entry-level warehouse and production.
What sets us apart is our focus on culture. We don’t just put “butts in seats," we act as true matchmakers, connecting businesses with candidates who fit both the skills and the culture. That’s what drives stronger retention and better long-term results for our clients and candidates alike.
I’m looking to connect with business leaders like Plant Managers, Operations Managers/ Directors, HR Managers, and business owners in manufacturing, logistics, and professional services. I also value introductions to trusted advisors who hear about growth early: Fractional leaders and consultants who help companies scale, Chamber and networking leaders who are plugged into the local business community, IT providers who see when teams are expanding, and payroll or HR tech reps who know when companies are upgrading for growth.
A great referral for me is a business leader or hiring manager at a small-to-mid-sized company in manufacturing, logistics, or professional services who struggles with finding or keeping reliable team members. This could be an Operations Manager who’s short-staffed on the floor, an HR Manager who’s tired of sifting through unqualified resumes, or a business owner who needs to focus on growth instead of constant hiring.
If someone mentions challenges like “we can’t find good people,” “turnover is killing us,” or “we just need a few more reliable team members,” that’s the perfect time to connect us.
