Freddy is known for his charismatic personality, genuine energy, and ability to make everyone feel at ease. His passion lies in building lasting relationships and guiding clients through life transitions with honesty and care.
Proud of his Ecuadorian roots, Freddy is bilingual in Spanish and English—something that has allowed him to serve Minnesota’s Spanish-speaking community with trust and understanding. His real estate journey began with single-family homes, townhomes, investment properties, and land, later expanding into condominiums where he has developed a strong niche and deep expertise across all areas of real estate.
A Minneapolis native, Freddy has always had a love for city living. He earned his bachelor’s degree in HVAC and Construction Management from Dunwoody University, giving him a unique advantage in understanding the technical and structural aspects of a home—providing his clients with valuable insight and peace of mind throughout their transactions.
Freddy and his partner reside in Golden Valley, where they enjoy entertaining, hosting friends and family, and being part of the local community. Outside of real estate, Freddy loves traveling the world, exploring new cultures, and finding inspiration in every experience.
