About Me

I have been with Wow! Zone since 2023. I have been in the food industry since 2005, starting as a food runner/dishwasher. I have since been serving/bartending for over a decade. My main role at Wow! Zone is to provide the best experience for our guests by leading a team of individuals to take the best care of our guests.

In my role, running day to day operations at Wow! Zone can be very tricky as there are multiple areas of staff working together while navigating many reservations, live music, walk-in groups, sports teams and bowling leagues. As a group, we must be very strategically planned, knowing what is going on at all times, so we do not double book or overwhelm certain areas of the establishment.
