Born and raised in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, I moved to the Twin Cities to pursue my undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota. I continued my education at the University of Nebraska College of Law, where I immersed myself in practical experience. I actively participated in the Weibling Entrepreneurship Clinic, developing skills as an advocate for entrepreneurs and start-up businesses, while also working with the Clayton Yeutter Institute of International Trade and Finance to gain a global perspective on business and trade issues.
Throughout both summers of law school, I served as a law clerk at Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd., where I made valuable contributions to the firm while honing my legal skills. After being licensed with the Minnesota State Bar in 2024, I joined the Business and Nonprofit Department with the goal of supporting both emerging and established business owners in achieving their objectives. I work with for-profit and nonprofit Minnesota businesses, assisting with formation, contract review and preparation, employment law, and trademark and copyright protection. Drawing from my entrepreneurship clinic experience and global business perspective, I guide clients of any size and industry through every stage of their business journey. From helping startups navigate entity formation and secure intellectual property rights to assisting established organizations with employment compliance and contract negotiations, I provide practical, strategic legal counsel that aligns with each client's vision and operational needs.
