I work with entrepreneurial business owners and non-profit leaders, along with their leadership teams. Most of the time when I meet them, they’re successful… but they’re also frustrated.
Things feel more complicated than they should, the team isn’t fully aligned, and so growth is harder than it used to be.
What I do is implement something called EOS - the Entrepreneurial Operating System.
At its core, EOS is just a complete set of simple, practical, proven tools that help leadership teams get really good at three things: Vision, Traction, and Healthy.
Vision is about getting everyone truly on the same page about where you’re going and the plan to get there.
Traction is about turning that vision into real execution - putting discipline and accountability in place so the most important things actually get done.
And Healthy is about building a leadership team that communicates openly, solves issues quickly, and works well together — because most teams have more friction than they’d like to admit.
EOS stands for the Entrepreneurial Operating System. It’s really just a complete set of simple, proven tools that help business owners and their leadership teams get really good at three things: Vision, Traction, and Healthy.
Vision is about getting everyone truly on the same page - clear on where you’re going and the plan to get there.
Traction is about execution. It’s putting discipline and real accountability in place so that vision turns into results every day.
And Healthy is about building a leadership team that communicates openly, solves issues quickly, and genuinely works well together - because most leadership teams have more friction than they’d like to admit.
When the leadership team gets strong in those three areas, the rest of the organization follows. As the leaders go, so goes the business. You start to see people aligned around a clear vision, executing with discipline, and working together in a way that actually feels productive and fun.
Anyone and everyone, especially those who serve my target market (see above) or want help with their own business frustrations.
A frustrated business owner (aren't we all?)
10 - 250 employees (give or take)
Growth-oriented, open-minded, and willing to be vulnerable with themselves and those around them. Someone who is willing to put in the work to make their business vision come true.
