About Me

I’m Jenny Mahr, a Realtor® licensed in both Wisconsin and Minnesota, serving Western Wisconsin, the Twin Cities metro and surrounding communities. I work with buyers and sellers at all stages—from first-time buyers and growing families to downsizers and people who simply want to understand their options before making a move.

I believe real estate should feel personal, not transactional. I’m big on honest conversations, practical advice and helping people make smart decisions without pressure.
You don’t have to be ready to move to start the conversation.

Who I want to meet...

People considering a move—whether that means buying their first home, moving up, downsizing, relocating, or selling a home and figuring out what comes next.

I’d also love to meet people going through life changes that may affect where or how they live, as well as local professionals and business owners who value building strong referral relationships.

Through Threshold Cleaning Co., I’m also looking to connect with homeowners, Realtors, builders and property professionals who need reliable pre-listing, move-in/move-out or post-construction cleaning.

A great referral for me is...

Someone who is thinking about buying or selling—even if they aren't ready yet.

Maybe they're wondering what their home is worth, considering downsizing, need more space, relocating, buying their first home, or going through a major life event—marriage, divorce, a growing family, becoming an empty nester, retirement, a job change or the loss of a loved one—that may mean a move is on the horizon.

The best introduction is simply: “You should talk to Jenny. She’ll help you figure out your options without pressuring you into anything.”
