Mary Ellen is a Corporate and Employment Attorney with DBS Law, PLLC, focused on the legal needs of large and small companies. She focuses her practice in both Minneapolis/Saint Paul, and Seattle.

• Business Legal Services and Consulting: Business formation; all manner of contracts; employment law policies and practices; compliance; employer immigration; online legal considerations; business immigration; and small business mergers and acquisitions.
• Employment Law: Provide Employment and Independent Contractor Contracts; speak regularly and provide in-house trainings on proper employment policies and procedures; draft employee handbooks; provide internal investigation and termination services.
