I am the founder of Executives in Motion [EIM]
EIM is an exclusive membership organization and networking platform helping senior-level professionals and executives write the next chapter in their careers.
At EIM, our mission is to help our members write the next chapter in their career when they are in job or career transition. We do this by providing them with a set of senior-level contacts who are pre-committed to being helpful layered on top of a menu of tools and resources created to boost the effectiveness of their search. Some people have asked if we seek to replace LinkedIn. We do not. Both EIM and LinkedIn are great tools. LinkedIn is a massive network with extraordinary technology, but it does not offer EIM’s exclusivity, the commitment of our membership to help one another or our tools and resources. In today’s competitive senior-level job marketplace, a senior-level executive needsto squeeze the value out of every available tool, resource and source of advice and referral. Plus, when a member seeks expert guidance through the most complex aspects of job and career transition, the advisors in our Sponsoring Adviser Directory will be there to help. We provide all this to you for about the cost of a large latté each week.
To join EIM you must have recently held a position at the director, senior managerial, vice presidential or “C” level. You can either be in active and open transition or, if still working, open to considering select opportunities. Finally, you must be willing to help other members by sharing your networking contacts and ideas when appropriate.
