I am from a family of 4 boys and 4 girls. We grew up in the Lake Minnetonka area. I have an identical twin brother (Mark), we played doubles on the high schools tennis team and at St. Cloud State University too. We come from multiple generations of salespeople. Our grandfather invented the "Johnny Jump-Up", the "Accordion Style Baby Gate" and the "Gravity Free Height Chair". My grandfather sold his housewares business to my father and I sold for (Luger Sales) his housewares to Dayton's, Donaldson's, Power's, Target and Knox Lumber. I've been producing video since 1987, multimedia productions since 1990 and virtual publishing since 1993. I have two adult children one of which is special needs and the other who works as a Cardiac Therapist for Fairview. I feel very blessed to be their father and I don't take life for granted, I live each day like it's my last. I'm passionate about helping people advance in life and our family started with Joe Selvaggio back in 1972 PPL (Project for Pride in Living) which today provides housing, jobs and social programs for over 13,000 people in Minneapolis. I created the "Eco-Challenge for Minnesota Education" that raised over $1 million in it's second hear and in 2007 my twin brother Mark and I raised over $350,000 for inner city kids at Canterbury Park where we had celebrities like Michael Jordan and Sugar Ray Leonard play in a Texas Hold 'em event where there were the top Texas Hold 'em Pros in the world with 500 paying entrants. It's NOT about me...it's ALL about YOU!
I am the President of ReferMasters, LLC we are marketing services provider and business network. I have been in the sales world for 40 plus years and marketing arena for 30 plus years. I started the company back in 2011 and my identical twin brother joined me earlier this year, he started a company called Blended Reality, he blended his company into mine to make it ours. We are excited to work with Travis regarding the AGC Virtual Magazine & Buyer's Guide for which I am in charge of Operations and contributing Senior Editor. In addition, we have blazed the trails into Augmented Reality and started our own Marketing Automation Platform called VIP Connect. There is nothing out there today that even competes with it. We are very excited to meet the current and future members of AGC and we will do our best to assist in the growth of this very valuable networking group.
