Thomas Jackson is the co-founder of PAR365, an innovative golf and entertainment company dedicated to creating connection, community, and culture through a more approachable, accessible, and affordable golf experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and previously built a successful career in food research and development, leading product innovation for companies including Target, Kraft Foods, and Land O’Lakes. Thomas is passionate about entrepreneurship, community building, and expanding access to opportunities for underrepresented youth through mentoring, coaching, and experiences that inspire young people to realize their full potential.
