Irene Pregl is the owner of St. Croix Healing Arts Center and a Reiki Master Teacher passionate about creating a welcoming place for healing, recovery, and whole-person wellness. The center brings together Reiki and intuitive energy work, sound healing, float therapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, detox-focused services, massage, meditation, and other holistic wellness options. Whether someone is looking to reduce stress, support physical recovery, create space for meditation, or simply reset, Irene's goal is to help people discover the wellness tools that feel right for them.
St. Croix Healing Arts Center is a holistic wellness and recovery center offering a variety of ways to relax, reset, detox, and recover. Our services include float therapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, cold plunge, massage, sound healing, Reiki, meditation, and other holistic wellness services. We bring physical recovery, stress relief, and mind-body wellness together in one welcoming space.
I would love to connect with chiropractors, physical therapists, personal trainers, gyms and fitness centers, sports coaches and athletic programs, massage therapists, mental health professionals, yoga and Pilates instructors, wellness practitioners, and other health-focused businesses.
I’m especially interested in building referral partnerships with professionals who work with athletes, people managing high levels of stress, caregivers, busy professionals, and individuals looking for recovery, relaxation, meditation, or complementary wellness options.
I’d also love connections with local businesses and organizations interested in employee wellness, team recovery, wellness events, or unique experiences using services such as float therapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, sound healing, massage, Reiki, and other offerings at St. Croix Healing Arts Center.
A great referral for Irene and St. Croix Healing Arts Center is someone looking for a place to reset, recover, and recharge. This could be an athlete or active person looking for sports recovery, someone interested in detox and infrared sauna, a busy professional or caregiver needing stress relief, or someone wanting to experience float therapy, red light therapy, sound healing, Reiki, massage, or meditation. We are especially a good fit for people who want to explore different wellness options in one welcoming space.
