I'm Tessa Juliar, a full-time Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty, serving the Twin Cities and surrounding communities.

I'm a wife, mom of five, hockey mom, animal lover, and someone who genuinely loves connecting with people. Life is busy, a little chaotic, and rarely boring and I wouldn't have it any other way!

I believe real estate is about so much more than houses. It's about people, relationships, and all the life changes that happen along the way. Whether someone is buying their very first home, selling a home filled with decades of memories, or navigating an unexpected life transition, I want to be the person they know they can count on.
