Whether it's in the front of the room or one to one, Melissa's favorite thing to do is engage and encourage clients to step out of their comfort zone and into a more rewarding, productive and JOY filled life. Melissa believes in chasing dreams to live life in a better happier way. This means she is intensely driven to help her clients find better ways to run their business and find happiness in life. She goes about doing that by helping make sense of the complex and challenging issues we all face. Melissa consistently challenges the 'status quo' by delivering fresh, distinctive perspectives and solutions which she customizes for each client.

Melissa has been working with leaders, business owners and professionals for over 20 years, and she doesn't want to change a thing!

She is also a public speaker, educating others on achieving their dreams, understanding their strengths and struggles. Melissa is an expert on how to excel while loving what you do. She is an encourager, using the power of consistency in choosing JOY!

Melissa currently resides in the southwestern suburbs of the Twin Cities. She has lived in 11 States, and while she loves the ocean, she thinks Minnesota truly is the best place to live!
