About Me

Steve is a grizzled mortgage veteran with a strong background in the MN and Western WI markets since 2001... and now LICENSED in most States across the country!!

He's been a loan officer, processed his own loans, managed 3 branches of a large multi-state team and taken over ownership of mortgage companies. Few loan officers can bring as broad of a perspective to a transaction as Steve can.

Being able to get into the minds of all parties in a mortgage transaction is paramount in this modern lending climate and having the unique experience that he does, it has become second nature to him. The relationships he's formed with clients, business partners and associates are the most important part of his daily business. Steve has a deep commitment to consistently living up to his word and giving those relationships the attention and dedication they deserve.

Outside of a riding his Indian motorcycle or Boating on the St Croix in the summer and some billiards in the winter... he pours his time, energy and passion into career and family.

Steve believes the passion in those things are the very heart of what it takes to be successful in Business AND in Life.

Valor Home Loans is a Mortgage Company with the FLEXIBILITY of a small local mortgage company and being able to offer niche' portfolio programs. Our number one goal is to do loans.

Who I want to meet...

My passion is serving Veterans and over half of my business consists of helping them with their mortgage needs and getting all the benefits of the VA home loan.

An introduction to a Realtor friend or family member in the Twin Cities or western WI is the best referral.

If I can meet him/her and help them better understand this great program and help THEM better help Veterans... it will help serve my mission.

Yes... I offer all those other programs too. After being in the business for over 20 years I truly believe I can guide all home-buyers into the best program for their short and long-term goals.
