About Me

Transformative. Life-changing. Empowering. Confidence-boosting. These may sound like big words for something as seemingly simple as "color," but the truth is quite the opposite!

Having spent over two decades as a graphic designer, I often playfully referred to myself as a professional kindergartner. My days were filled with coloring and drawing, and I absolutely loved it. I had the unique privilege of advising clients on complex subjects like color theory and psychology. However, when it came to my own personal use of color, I found myself at a loss.

It was a stark contrast—knowing so much about corporate color theory but struggling to confidently choose my own outfits in the morning. This disconnect led to a lack of confidence in my personal style.

Then, I discovered House of Colour. I underwent a color and style analysis less than a year before I opened my own franchise, and I've never looked back. My only regret is not finding House of Colour sooner. It would have saved me countless headaches and unnecessary expenses on clothing and style choices that simply didn't suit my season or personality. This experience gave me the freedom to be authentically me, embracing cool and bold colors with a style that's, well, a little unconventional!
