What are the Annual Payment Terms and Conditions?

Annual Membership and Automatic Renewal
Your annual membership with Accelerated Global Connections LLC is billed annually and will automatically renew each year on your anniversary date. Upon renewal, your membership will be charged at the current annual membership rate in effect at the time of renewal, which may differ from the rate you originally paid. The applicable renewal rate will be clearly disclosed on the checkout page at the time of purchase and in your purchase confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership by submitting a cancellation request through the following link: https://www.joinagc.com/contact

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the auto-renewal date to avoid renewal charges. Once your cancellation request is received at least 30 days prior to the auto-renewal date, your membership will not renew and you will not be charged for any future membership periods.

Non-Refundable Policy
All sales, including memberships, event tickets, and any other products or services offered by AGC, are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of usage or attendance. AGC memberships are non-transferable. AGC reserves the right to cancel any event.

Acceptance
By checking the box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them, including that this is an annual subscription that automatically renews unless you cancel according to the terms above.

What is Your Refund Policy?

All Sales are Final / No Refunds:
AGC operates on a non-refundable basis for all sales, including but not limited to memberships, event tickets, and any other services or products offered. We encourage our members and participants to carefully consider their commitments before making a purchase.

Non-Transferability of Memberships:
To ensure the integrity and the personalized nature of our networking community, AGC memberships are strictly individual and cannot be transferred to another person. Memberships are designed to benefit the registered member and cannot be shared or exchanged.

Event Cancellations:
AGC reserves the right to cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances or situations that may arise. In the rare event of a cancellation initiated by AGC, registered participants will be notified promptly, and AGC will offer a credit towards a future event if you paid a door fee. Please note, however, that this does not include refunds, as per our strict no-refund policy.
