Information You Provide: Contact and account information, membership status, POD participation data, profile and directory content, Direct Messages, event registrations, surveys, uploads, and payment information (processed by third parties).
Automatically Collected: IP address, device and browser data, usage activity, referring URLs, cookies, and similar technologies.
Analytics & Tracking: We use cookies, pixels, and tools such as Google Analytics and Meta/Facebook Pixel to operate, analyze, and improve the Services and support marketing efforts.
Participation in AGC POD systems requires an active AGC membership and joinagc.com account. Information entered into POD systems may be reviewed by POD Officers and AGC staff for reporting, leadership, compliance, and quality assurance purposes. Users should not submit sensitive personal information unrelated to AGC activities.
Non-members may attend certain AGC events or POD meetings when permitted. Guest information is used solely for event administration and communications. Guests do not receive access to POD dashboards, reports, or systems.
We use information to operate and improve the Services, manage memberships and POD participation, facilitate member connections and messaging, administer events, process payments, send communications, monitor security and compliance, and meet legal obligations.
Members may exchange Direct Messages. AGC may access communications when reasonably necessary to enforce policies, investigate misconduct, protect users, comply with law, or secure the Services.
AGC may send system messages, event notices, and POD communications using third-party providers. Email activity may be logged for delivery, security, compliance, and operational purposes.
Information may be shared with AGC staff, POD Officers, service providers, event organizers, to comply with legal obligations, during business transfers, or with your consent. AGC does not sell personal information.
Certain profile information may be visible to other members. Do not include highly sensitive personal data in public-facing profile fields.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information but cannot guarantee absolute security. Information is retained as necessary to operate the Services, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements.
